Whilst attempting to place an order I inadvertently ordered twice for the same pair of shoes.
It wasn't until I was checking my credit card online later that day that I realised.
I immediately contacted International Deliver that evening
Within minutes I received a reply ... I assumed an automated holding email. But no it was a lovely helpful assistant, Cedric who confirmed everything I feared and within 24 hours sorted it all out, cancelling one of the orders and a applying a refund. I have yet to receive the shoes, but if this experience reflects the standard of goods, I feel certain they will be perfect.
Very impressed.
